astica ("astica") remains committed to the protection of user privacy and the assurance that personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. This Privacy Policy outlines astica's methods of collection, usage, and protection of personal information accessed through astica's services.

astica collects information from its users upon account creation or use of services. This data may include name, email address, phone number, physical address, username, password, payment information, and IP address, alongside other provided information. astica may also collect data related to user interactions, such as the accessed content type, frequency and duration of activities, and other interaction-related information.

Deleting the information is also permissible, but astica might have to retain certain information for legal or business reasons.

Children's Privacy

astica services are unsuitable for children aged below 18, and personal information from anyone aged below 18 is not knowingly collected or solicited. Upon discovery of any violation, the information will be deleted as soon as possible. astica, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors, SHALL NOT be liable FOR ANY indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH USER usage OF THE astica SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF astica HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Usage of astica services are subject to the laws of the State of California, wherein any action arising from these Terms will be exclusively under the jurisdiction of courts in San Francisco County.

Assignment

Without prior written consent from astica, users may not assign or transfer these Terms. Any such attempts will be null and of no effect. astica may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between users and astica regarding service usage. In the event of any provision being deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.

Waiver

Failure from astica to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
